Kenny Anderson. Angel Ramirez. Eli Reed. They are three of the guys who are CONS team members and ambassadors. We're proud to have them riding in the shoes we make.
Kenny
Kenny Anderson returns better than ever as an alumni to Converse, having been on the original team in 1997. Kenny’s smooth, consistent style and fluidity on a skateboard is no doubt, untouchable. His reemergence on the team stands out as one that is natural and sincere. Kenny’s rightful return to Converse is seen as a sort of homecoming by the entire Converse skate team.
Angel
Few would disagree that Angel Ramirez is the best export out of the mile high city of Denver, Colorado. Angel’s diverse ability stems from skating the cold streets of Denver to some of the most challenging bowls and tranny at skateparks in the area. He’s got no “go to” or standard tricks, so every photo, every video part, is a unique treat. Putting out four full length video parts without ever having to warm up to the California mind set, Angel continues to do things his own way.
Eli
Originally from Boston, now living in NYC, Eli embodies the east coast style that can only be acquired from skating the unpredictable city streets. Though he resides on the East coast you can spot him on the West coast as Eli has spent some considerable time in Southern California. Eli’s tastes have matured, as evidenced in his most recent video part for Zoo York’s “State of Mind” which just dropped this past summer.
